Criminal & Traffic Court

The Criminal and Traffic Division of the Circuit Clerk’s Office handles cases involving criminal charges, traffic violations, and ordinance offenses. The Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining official court records, collecting fines and court costs, and assisting with procedural filings and court scheduling.
